Deep Listening Circle

Deep listening is the practice of truly being present, sitting with another and listening, without giving advice or suggestions, without making a judgement of any kind. Deep listening is also the practice of listening to yourself, to what is bubbling up inside of you as you are given precious time to sit with yourself, to be present and honor the words that might come. 
 
In our circle each woman will be given an equal amount of time to speak. That time is hers. She can do whatever her heart desires with that time, she can talk, cry, meditate, and we will hold that space for her. Sometimes, it is in the silence that we truly hear what is on our heart, what wants to be spoken. 

This can feel uncomfortable, to be silent, to wait for words. Deep listening is a practice and a wonderful opportunity to show up for ourselves and for each other. So we invite you to sit with your time, as you are held in safe loving arms.

There is no right response, no right way here. All emotions are accepted and honored.
