Learn & PRACTICE essential, sustainable daily habits to create vibrant health and longevity
Experience the fall season with a fresh perspective! In Ayurveda, fall is the Vata time of the year marked by the elements of air and ether. It awakens enthusiasm, creativity, and imagination. It is a time of intense beauty as temperatures cool and leaves turn vibrant colors and eventually let go as they slowly wend their way to the earth for transformation.
Digestion is the root system of the body. The entryway to radiant health lies in the gut. When our digestive system is healthy and balanced, we are more clear and energized in all the other systems. In this series, we will learn healing foods for the season and begin introducing them into our diet.
How we eat is as important as what we eat.Our routines with food are paramount and ESPECIALLY in the fall season. As the winds of change blow, it is essential to create healthy food routines to support optimum digestion. We will incorporate one healthy eating habit each week supporting each other along the way and holding each other accountable.

BOOT CAMP STRUCTURE
Less information, more practice. Here's what you get:
Weekly recorded message (15-20 min)
Each week begins with 15-20 min audio recording to listen to at your leisure. The recording will set the tone and introduce the practice of the week. Listen in the car, while you are cooking or cleaning or even laying down and resting - you choose the best time for you!
Weekly Zoom Meeting and Check-in (1 hr)
FRIDAYS 9:30 am - 10:30 am (Zoom calls will be recorded.)
In the meeting, we will explore how the practice went, challenges that arose and next steps. Each call will begin with a short mindfulness meditation followed by a group process of uncovering obstacles and finding solutions. I will explain the concept, the reasoning and practice for the next week.
And then, it is about daily practice because it's the actions we take on a daily basis that create optimum health or set up dis-ease in the mind, body, spirit.
Two Restorative Yoga classes - online
During this series, I will schedule two LIVE restorative yoga practices that I will lead via zoom. The classes will be recorded and you will have access to the recordings throughout the series. As the days grow shorter, nature invites us to slow down. Restorative Yoga is an excellent way to practice slowing down and letting go.

Collective action inspires.Building these practices in community is a powerful way to make change. As our world moves through challenging events on the outside, we create a consciousness of peace, support and greater health and harmony on the inside. As it is inside, so it is on the outside. So hum.
