Meet GraceGrace Kendrick is devoted to guiding others home to themselves—through practices that cultivate presence, nourish the body, and awaken a deeper sense of connection to life. Her work weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurveda, offering a grounded yet expansive path toward living with greater clarity, ease, and intention. With over 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher, Grace has shared her work across community spaces, studios, and corporate environments, teaching vinyasa, kundalini, and pre- and postnatal yoga. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that true wellbeing begins with awareness—and unfolds through a gentle, compassionate relationship with oneself. Grace is the creator of Mindfulness Matters in the Workplace, a program designed to bring mindfulness into professional environments in meaningful and practical ways. She has worked with organizations including Google, Visa, Roche Molecular, and the Bay Area Ethics and Compliance Association, supporting individuals and teams in cultivating focus, resilience, and authentic connection. Her work also includes teaching at Wisdom 2.0 and co-leading mindfulness-based conferences for legal professionals. Her path deepened through motherhood, inspiring her to create Mindful Mama Yoga—a space for mothers to reconnect with themselves and find support through the transitions of early parenthood. She has developed and taught mindfulness-based prenatal and postnatal yoga programs, and collaborated on research exploring the impact of mindfulness on perinatal anxiety and depression. Grace’s work is also deeply informed by Ayurveda, a timeless system of healing that she integrates into her teaching and private practice. As a former instructor at the California College of Ayurveda and through her work with Blissful Living Wellness, she supports individuals in creating sustainable, holistic approaches to health and daily living. Whether working one-on-one, teaching a class, or leading a retreat, Grace creates spaces for reflection, restoration, and meaningful transformation—inviting each person to move through life with greater awareness, balance, and heart. |
