In this session, you will have an opportunity to explore your current state, physically, emotionally and spiritually, create a vision of where you want to be, understand the challenges that keep you stuck and . create a road map (based on principles of Ayurveda, Yoga & Mindfulness) to greater health, peace and harmony. Ayurvedic Bliss Therapy
Ayurvedic body therapies provide the ultimate way to unwind, de-stress, detoxify and heal. Bliss therapy nourishes the skin, calms the mind, and promotes overall well-being. It includes a relaxing warm oil massage from head to toe, a cleansing herbal steam and warm oil poured in a steady stream over the forehead promoting deep calm and a state of bliss. Deep relaxation and nourishment is the heart and soul of these therapies. You can do one, two or all three in a single session.
