About me.

As with all of us, my story begins with my own mother (and her mother) and the ways I did and did not get my own needs met. We all have blessings and challenges from this primary relationship. When I had children of my own, I wanted to mother from a place of deep connection, presence and love. I found the map for this journey in the study and practice of Ayurveda, yoga, and mindfulness. These ancient wisdom traditions taught me how to take care of my physical body so that I could pursue the more important spiritual aims I wanted for motherhood. I have learned how deeply integrated physical, emotional and spiritual health is. I have experienced first hand the miracles that unfold when I'm completely present with my children and the impact my choices have on all of my relationships. After spending many years compiling evidence and research on these practices through learning, teaching and coaching, I created the Mama Goddess Living program. Spirit continues to call me in the direction of sharing this wisdom in a collective of mothers so that together we can live in alignment with our Mama Goddess and gift our children, our partners and our planet with the deep truth and love that is the result of this lifestyle.
